Menu Plan Monday
It's an "eating from the pantry/garden" week! I'll be tossing fresh veggies into everything, and working with what we have on hand.
Monday
- Breakfast: Eggs, Toast
- Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Watermelon
- Dinner: Turkey & Veggie Soup, Bread & Butter
To Do: Soak Beans
- Breakfast: Granola or GF Muesli, Eggs
- Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Carrot/Celery Sticks
- Dinner: White Bean Salad (use lettuce instead of spinach), Bread & Butter, Watermelon
Wednesday
- Breakfast: Breakfast Millet (with Peanut Butter & Cinnamon)
- Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwiches, Watermelon
- Dinner: Salmon Cakes, Hush Puppies, Green Salad
Thursday
- Breakfast: Herbed Cream Cheese Omelets, Toast
- Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Green Salad
- Dinner: Lentil Tacos with Homemade Tortillas, Watermelon
Friday
- Breakfast: Granola or GF Muesli, Eggs
- Lunch: Cheese Sandwiches, Carrot/Celery Sticks
- Dinner: Grilled Sausages, Green Salad, Brown Rice Salad
Saturday
- Breakfast: Eggs, Toast
- Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Watermelon
- Dinner: Bean Taco Salad, Bread & Butter or leftover Tortillas
Sunday
- Breakfast: Oat or Buckwheat Porridge, Eggs
- Lunch: Cheese Slices, Bread & Butter, Carrot/Celery Sticks
- Dinner: Turkey Salad Lettuce Wraps, Leftover Brown Rice Salad
